I have lived at The Olive for about a year now and love it! Despite being in the busy downtown area, Pioneer Park gives just enough separation to make it feel like a quieter oasis within the city. The staff are friendly and very responsive, the building is new and well maintained, and any maintenance or other requests are addressed promptly -- usually within 1-2 days. The building feels safe and secure. I've had some bad experiences in previous apartments and can say this is by far the best complex I've lived in. Once I lost a favorite earring down the drain, and the maintenance team was so kind and helped to retrieve it the same day! It meant a lot and was so nice to have them show that courtesy over such a small thing. I feel taken care of here and hope to transfer into a larger apartment soon. I highly recommend The Olive, it's a great community!

The staff is super nice, always open and willing to talk and listen. I enjoy all the activities posted around the building and the dog treat bowl in the lobby our boys favorite. Maintenance is fast and efficient as well. :)

I have had an amazing time staying at The Olive apartments! The friendly staff, positive and clean environment, and optimal location made this place the best choice for me and my fiancé to move into and we love it thus far! The staff is amazingly supportive and helpful and our life here is amazing !

Jess, the manager, and Kayla, the leasing specialist, are both incredibly welcoming and always go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and at home. Every time I see them, they greet me with a smile and make the day a little brighter. They truly care about the community and work hard to ensure everyone feels safe and happy here. I’ve had a fantastic experience at Olive Apartments! The amenities are excellent – a great gym, and modern living spaces. The management team is super responsive, and a special shoutout to Jess for always going above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live, this is it! Highly recommend!

We want to give a shout out to Michael and the whole maintenance crew. They respond in a timely manner to any issue that comes up, no matter how small it is. They are polite, funny, and always friendly. We love joking around with them in the halls.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Jess the leasing manager made everything super easy! Kayla and Aleena are also great, from moving in or locating the right info. PLUS the building is in a wonderful location downtown.. how does it get better?
