I have lived at The Olive for about a year now and love it! Despite being in the busy downtown area, Pioneer Park gives just enough separation to make it feel like a quieter oasis within the city. The staff are friendly and very responsive, the building is new and well maintained, and any maintenance or other requests are addressed promptly -- usually within 1-2 days. The building feels safe and secure. I've had some bad experiences in previous apartments and can say this is by far the best complex I've lived in. Once I lost a favorite earring down the drain, and the maintenance team was so kind and helped to retrieve it the same day! It meant a lot and was so nice to have them show that courtesy over such a small thing. I feel taken care of here and hope to transfer into a larger apartment soon. I highly recommend The Olive, it's a great community!

The staff is super nice, always open and willing to talk and listen. I enjoy all the activities posted around the building and the dog treat bowl in the lobby our boys favorite. Maintenance is fast and efficient as well. :)

Over the past 8 months of living here the staff and community has been nothing but amazing. Very friendly and responsive team make living here very enjoyable. The location is very nice and we like the fast response on getting things fixed/ taken care of !

I have had an amazing time staying at The Olive apartments! The friendly staff, positive and clean environment, and optimal location made this place the best choice for me and my fiancé to move into and we love it thus far! The staff is amazingly supportive and helpful and our life here is amazing !
