Look no further, the Olive is the PERFECT place to call home downtown Salt Lake City! I’ve been at the Olive for over half a year now and I have no complaints! The staff is absolutely phenomenal, you will fall in love with the property manager, Jess! She goes above and beyond to make sure every resident is happy, comfortable and well taken care of. The gym and rooftop are nice touches and this complex has a fantastic sense of community, with monthly resident events! The Olive staff is detail oriented and personable. I definitely plan on staying at the Olive during my time in SLC. 😊

When it comes to maintenance issues the olive staff and techs take care of any issues you have quickly and efficiently! Thank you Olive for helping me with my AC going out!

I loved the Olive. it was an amazing place to stay. I am a single mom with 2 kids and ended up not being able to keep renting due personal challenges. The manager, Jess continued to meet with me to discuss everything we could do to have my family stay however financially it just wasn’t going to work. I would go back any day if I could afford it comfortably.

Location, amenities, management, and beautiful apartments what else could you ask for? Jess, Steph and the rest of The Olive Staff are absolutely wonderful. Felt right at home before we ever were. The community events are fantastic, wine night on the rooftop deck?? Come on now. With some of the best food in the city within blocks, the farmers market across the street in the summer and the views on views this is really the place to be in SLC. Can I just double my lease and stay even longer?

The management team is absolutely phenomenal. I love how welcoming they are, and I love how many events they hold for the building. The new gym is beautiful and I can't wait to use it as well. No matter the issue, the team does whatever they can to resolve it in a timely matter and I absolutely love that. Other places I have lived aren't as quick to respond to a tenants needs, but they are and I cannot stress enough how much easier it makes living in an apartment building with that. I've never felt more at home then I do living here. For city living and the amenities the property does have, it's definitely worth living here or at least checking it out. Having a deli and fresh fish market next door is super nice, too. So many good food options in the area and it's right across from Pioneer park. The security is also amazing, they definitely made sure that the residents feel safe and at home here.

I just moved to SLC and have lived at the Olive for the past month now, and I absolutely love it. The staff is incredible and the rooms are super luxurious. The rooftop has been a staple and it has incredible views of the mountains and downtown... Fourth of July was awesome from up there. The lobby is beautiful and really makes you feel good when you go in and out. We have community events every month and it seems like most of the residents know each other. There is also a new gym that is opening on the 12th, which is exciting. The location itself is perfect, steps away from Pioneer park, which hosts a super cool farmers market and food trucks every Saturday. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live in downtown SLC!

Jess and Payton are awesome!! Always super helpful and friendly whenever I need something or get a chance to see them in the office. Stephanie has also been great and was super informative on my tour that eventually lead to me moving in. Super grateful for all of their hard work!

My husband and I loved living here and would have definitely stayed had we not moved out of state. Jess (assistant manager) is super friendly and helpful. She organizes very nice/fun events like wine or pizza nights which give you the chance to meet some neighbors (who all happen to be very cool). We have never had an issue getting in contact with her or another employee, which was something I’ve struggled with at other complexes. In terms of the actual complex, it is modern and clean but also feels homey and residential given the warmer colors in the units and the park across the street. The views are awesome and the location is super convenient to anywhere downtown- we almost never had to use our car. We also have never had any issues with noise, which was a concern for us given experiences at other apartments. Overall, highly highly recommend the Olive. The physical space and people living/working there are superior to anywhere I’ve lived or visited in the city.

Overall my husband and I loved living here. Jess and the other managers/employees at the Olive are all super friendly and helpful. They organize fun events like wine night so that you can meet some of your neighbors (who all happen to be super cool). The location is also unbeatable, with short walks to pretty much anywhere downtown while also being in an area that feels more residential with a park across the street. We have also never had any issues with noise or a lack of cleanliness, which has always been a concern with apartment living. The only thing we missed was having a gym, but they’re working on getting that built now so shouldn’t be an issue for much longer. After living in two luxury apartments in downtown Salt Lake and visiting friends in many others, I would highly recommend the Olive!
