Apartment REVIEWS IN Salt Lake City

My wife and I spoke with Kayla 5/25 regarding an apt. We applied that same day and by Monday evening 5/27, we were approved. Kayla is awesome! She answered every single question we had without hesitation and also sent a video of the new apt before we moved in. Moving to a new state can be very exhausting however Kayla made the entire process super easy for us . Thank you Kayla!! ❤️ Jesse is the property manager and she has been nothing but amazing to us. Anything we need, her and the team have been able to assist us. No questions asked. We were welcomed with open arms. I love the communication the office has with its residents. I love the community events they have. I absolutely love how diverse it is. My neighbors are nice. The neighborhood is amazing. I’m glad my family chose The Olive. I can see us being here for a very long time.

Jess in leasing and Mike the maintenance guy are both super friendly, solid, reasonable people that made living here very enjoyable. Having honest and genuinely good people to interface with here would make it worth it to live here again if we were staying in the area.

I’ve lived here for almost two years. The staff is great! Super communicative, takes care of issues in a prompt fashion, and go above and beyond to care for their tenants. Could not recommend living here more!
