My husband and I loved living here and would have definitely stayed had we not moved out of state. Jess (assistant manager) is super friendly and helpful. She organizes very nice/fun events like wine or pizza nights which give you the chance to meet some neighbors (who all happen to be very cool). We have never had an issue getting in contact with her or another employee, which was something I’ve struggled with at other complexes. In terms of the actual complex, it is modern and clean but also feels homey and residential given the warmer colors in the units and the park across the street. The views are awesome and the location is super convenient to anywhere downtown- we almost never had to use our car. We also have never had any issues with noise, which was a concern for us given experiences at other apartments. Overall, highly highly recommend the Olive. The physical space and people living/working there are superior to anywhere I’ve lived or visited in the city.

Jess has been amazing since Iâve moved in. Super sweet, helpful, caring, resolved everything Iâve came to her with and has made living at theOlive fun. All the community events are great. Such a great personality with a big bubbly heart Jason is awesome when it comes maintenance. Even took the time to mount my TV for me. Extremely helpful
